Conditions of Use

Payment within 7 days to secure booking.
Cancellation fee of 50% if less than 7 days notice.
Use the CRC and its equipment as directed by the Centre staff. If you are not familiar with the equipment or programs, please ask.
Food and drink may not be consumed near the computers or equipment.
If problems occur with the equipment or software, then please notify a staff member.
Copyright laws prohibit copying of software from the CRC, and likewise the installing of programs not owned by the CRC is prohibited.
Respect other members and users of the CRC so as not to disadvantage their use.
Do not download pornographic or offensive material from the Internet. It is illegal.
The CRC facilities i.e. Fax, email are prohibited from being used for sending abusive or threatening documents.
Any grievance of these conditions can be made in writing to the Manager who will investigate and respond within 14 days.

I acknowledge that Augusta Community Resource Centre does not accept liability for any activity or equipment not supplied by or owned and will not be covered under the Augusta Community Resource Centre insurance. Please make sure you have appropriate insurance coverage for your purposes. If any outside suppliers are used, then a copy of their Liability Insurance will be required.
