Project and Administration Officer

An excellent opportunity exists for a motivated, experienced Project and Administration Officer to join a small friendly team at the Augusta CRC. The CRC is a community managed not-for-profit and registered charity organisation located in Augusta.

Position Details:

  • Hours of Work: Permanent part-time – Up to 30 hours per week with flexible workdays to be discussed with the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the CRC including tasks. such as preparation of reports for governmental requirements and sponsors.
  • Providing support and guidance to the Traineeship position.
  • Planning and managing of a range of community-based projects and events.
  • Seeking and applying for grants to carry out projects and events.

Key Competencies Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and high-level computer skills.
  • Experience marketing, project planning, events management and administration.
  • Capable of working effectively in a small team.
  • A WA Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle are highly desirable.
