Conditions of Use

Payment within 7 days to secure booking.
Cancellation fee of 50% if less than 7 days’ notice.
Any damage to the equipment will incur a fee to replace the item for new.

Any grievance of these conditions can be made in writing to the Manager who will investigate and respond within 14 days.

Agreement

I agree to the conditions of use. Furthermore I acknowledge that Augusta Community Resource Centre does not accept liability for any activity or equipment not supplied by or owned and will not be covered under the Augusta Community Resource Centre insurance. Please make sure you have appropriate insurance coverage for your purposes. If any outside suppliers are used, then a copy of their Liability Insurance will be required.
