We're HiringThe Augusta Community Resource Centre is currently seeking applications for a
Receptionist and Events Officer
under a traineeship program, commencing in March 2026.

Position Details:

  • Hours of Work: Typically between 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.
  • Contract Duration: 12 months with growth opportunity for the right applicant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applicant must enrol and complete a Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement) during the 12 month Traineeship
  • Assisting with room bookings and functions
  • Assist and participate in events

Key Competencies Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work to instructions and engage with a mentor
  • Initiative to work autonomously when required
  • Capable of working effectively in a small team
  • A WA Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle are highly desirable.
